Šiltas šeimininkų bendravimas. Pasiūlė transferį iš oro uosto. Pasinaudojom juo. Pasitiko apartamentuose. Rekomendavo daug restoranų kur pavalgyti ir muziejus kuriuos aplankyti. Butas randasi 1 aukšte ( mūsų 2 būtų). Yra liftas. Bute yra indaplovė, Tv, kavos aparatas ir kapsulių palikta, arbatinukas, plaukų džiovintumas, mini priemonės dušui. Šaldytuve palikta gaivių gėrimų. Vienkartinės tapkutės. Patogi vieta - pats centras, išeini pro duris tiesiai į pėsčiųjų zoną. Iki jūros pėstute 3 min . Tiesiai nemokamas paplūdimys. Aplink daug patduotuvyčių, kavinukių, ledainių. Iki centrinės autobusų stoties ir geležinkelio stoties - pereiti tik pervaikštę ir pagrindinį kelią. Butas švarus, tvarkingas, prižiūrimas, kvepia švara.
Kadangi vieta centrinė - daug triukšmo iš aikštės iki 4 ryto( kam netrukdo tai ok). Kondicionierius dirba garsiai. Butas į pietinę pusę, tai karšta būna net ir naktimis ( mums būnant oro temperatūra buvo +30). O atsidarius balkono duris - triukšminga. Gal dar trūktų apartamentuose - rūbų džiovyklės, lygintuvo. Būtų bonusas paplūdimio reikmenys - patiesalas, skėtis nuo saulės. Bet čia nėra tai, kad butas nepatiko . Čia kaip galima būtų dar geriau🫠

Localizarea, curatenia, dotarile. Foarte aproape de plaja, dar si de centru. Gazda foarte primitoare.

Casa bella arredata con gusto molto pulita e accogliente nel centro di Pescara su la zona pedonale , proprietari disponibili e simpatici , mi sono trovata benissimo.
Tutto perfetto.
