The property is very close to the train station, central station close to the see side, close to the center.
The noise of the street. When I was there, there were road repairs, pipe replecement etc.. From 6.30am the noise was quite loud.

Stayed in Pescara for 6 nights applying for my work visa and took my partner with me. The apartment was ideally located, close to everything and newly decorated and lovely. Comfy bed, ideal kitchen space and great power shower. Roberto was on hand to answer any questions and was very helpful. We will definitely be back as Pescara itself is also beautiful.

Ottimo appartamento. Luminoso e completo di tutto. Posizione centralissima a due passi dalla stazione FFSS centrale e da piazza Salotto.
Ambiente accogliente.
