Appartamento molto carino, abbastanza funzionale.
Appena arrivati la posizione non sembra delle migliori, perché vicina alla stazione, ma tempo 5 minuti di camminata e migliora molto.
Sta a soli 15 Min a piedi dal lungomare.
La casa è grande e spaziosa, in 6 siamo stati molto bene. Anche la cucina è funzionale.
Ottime pulizie
Il proprietario molto gentile, ci ha anche consigliato posti per la movida la sera.
Comunicazione molto veloce
Il doccino di una delle due docce era staccato
Consiglio: meglio cambiare l'orario del check in, perché se non si riescono a concludere le pulizie da quando gli ospiti precedenti poi si rischia di far attendere troppo i prossimi ospiti, rispetto all'orario prestabilito.
Noi abbiamo fatto check in con due ore di ritardo.

L'host è molto disponibile, ci ha concesso di tardare un po' il checkout. Struttura spaziosa, fresca e dotata di tutto il necessario. Posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro in 5 minuti e il mare in meno di 10 minuti.
Avrei gradito un lenzuolo in più sul materasso e non soltanto un coprimaterasso che non da l'idea di igene.

Apartment was spacious,2 bathrooms big sofa,3 televisions 2 tables one in kitchen and another one in living room,appartment close to Pescara Central Station,few minutes walk to the beach,on the way there are lots of shops and restaurants,do not miss the White Bakery. If you come with a car there is a big parking place infront of the central station.We arrived after midnight and the host arranged for transport from airport to appartment at a reasonable price, he even took us to Buffalo Bill.Helpful driver,he even kept our luggages after check out. Appartment comfortable for 4 adults .Would consider to come back.
