Welcome to Guest House Le Acacie, a cozy villa in the green hills of Abruzzo, just 10 minutes from the sea of the Adriatic Coast, from the center of Pescara and the airport. Located in Spoltore, a charming historic village, our holiday home is ideal for those looking for relaxation and comfort. It is also a strategic point to explore the Abruzzo from the Trabocchi coast to the Majella National Park and many other enchanting places. In just ten minutes you can reach the city center of Pescara, for a walk on its splendid Riviera or through the streets full of shops. In addition, the proximity to the motorway junction and the ring road allows you to quickly access the main motorways to discover the other beauties of Abruzzo.
Le Acacie offers an apartment for ten people in a modern and suggestive location. The large and green garden will welcome you on arrival, giving you peace and serenity, for a holiday of wellness and relaxation. Inside, the living corner, complete with kitchen, will allow you to prepare lunches and dinners comfortably and in total freedom. The three bedrooms, each with a private internal bathroom, can accommodate families, groups and groups of up to a maximum of ten people.
The guest house was born in 2015 to offer tourists a holiday dedicated to the beauty of the Abruzzo region. Here, modernity is combined with nature, in a balance capable of giving an unrivaled rest. Without having to give up a strategic position, a few kilometers from everything that can serve.

This is our second time in Pescara and we were delighted that Marco remembered us and quickly reached out to us after we booked our stay. As ever, he is a wonderful host and was extremely accommodating in our check-in process and throughout our stay. The property is beautiful and in a lovely location that we have come to love. It is the perfect size for our family and we look forward to staying again in the future.

The guest house is lovely, clean, spacious and great for staying with kids. Nicely kept yard and patio, too. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood yet conveniently located to Pescara city and beaches. We had so much fun. We felt at home right away and Marco was an excellent host. Thank you for hosting us in your beautiful home.

This was an amazing experience and Marco was an excellent host. He was very responsive and flexible with our need of a late checkin. The house was very comfortable for our group of 5 and had everything we needed. We will plan to stay here again on future trips to Abruzzo!

This is a lovely property with very spacious rooms. Each bedroom has a private bath. The property is very secure surrounded by a fence with security gates. There is a lovely shaded yard with a grill and picnic table. The yard is perfect for children to stretch their legs. An added bonus is the shopping area less than a couple miles away. We will be back
