About this apartment rental
At “B&B mare mio” (100 m²), you’ll find all the warmth of home. You’ll stay in a splendid, elegant apartment that is spacious, bright, welcoming, tastefully furnished and enjoys an excellent east/south-facing aspect. With a partial sea view and a reserved parking space (on request, subject to availability), your “B&B mare mio” is situated on the second and top floor of a small building constructed in the 1950s. Among the windows, which are double-glazed PVC with soundproofing and mosquito nets, one French window leads out to a comfortable, liveable balcony with a partial sea view. Upstairs, there is a 160m² terrace with unobstructed 360° views.
In addition to a self-service laundry facility, your two-bedroom apartment features two elegant and spacious private bathrooms with large shower cubicles. The heating is independent, with aluminium radiators fuelled by natural gas; air conditioning with split inverter units; Wi-Fi and TV. Just 150 metres away is the sea with a long stretch of beach where you’ll have a parasol, chair and sun lounger reserved for you; 100 metres away is the ‘park road’, with its characteristic Wednesday market; 1 km away is the shopping promenade with various shops and the nightlife scene with its pedestrianised area.
Our guests are right in the heart of the city. The entire area, starting with the square, has recently been renovated and is full of street furniture, making it a natural hub for the whole neighbourhood.
The area is well-served by all the essential amenities: shops and craft businesses of all kinds, a supermarket, a fishmonger’s, a café/ice cream parlour, restaurants/delicatessens/pizzerias, a gym/swimming pool, a beauty and wellness centre, a hairdresser’s for men and women, high street shops, a bank, a post office, a pharmacy, a place of worship, a bus stop, etc.
Furthermore, just a short walk from the house and exclusively for our valued guests, we offer special agreements with immediate discounts on advertised prices at: bars/cafés/ice cream parlours, restaurants, rotisserie/delicatessen/pizzeria (takeaway meals), gym, swimming pool (with a qualified instructor), beauty and wellness centre, and hairdressers for men and women.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spotless, very well organized, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location was excellent, with Nikki Beach nearby and a stunning rooftop bar overlooking the water. Luciano was an exceptional host—kind, knowledgeable, and fluent in multiple languages including excellent English. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, even checking in on us after we left. Highly recommend!
