"B&B mare mio" you stay in a splendid sea-view flat on the second and last floor of a small building built in the 1950s, with your own reserved car park, 150 metres from the sea with a large beach where you will have your own reserved beach umbrella, 100 metres from the 'park street' with its Wednesday general market, 1 km from the shopping promenade with various shops and from the night 'movida' with its pedestrian area.

You will stay in a splendid sea-view flat on the second and last floor of a small building built in the 1950s (with your own reserved parking space), 150 metres from the sea with its wide beach (where you will have your own beach umbrella), 100 metres from the ‘park street’ (with its general market every Wednesday), 1 km from the shopping promenade (with various shops) and from the night ‘movida’ (with its pedestrian precinct)..
Our guests find themselves in the heart of the city. The entire area, starting with the square, has been recently renovated and is rich in street furniture, making it a natural attraction for the entire neighbourhood.
The area is served by all the most important services: all kinds of shops and businesses, supermarket, fishmonger, bar/ice-cream parlour, restaurants/gastronomy/pizzeria, gym/pool, beauty/wellness centre, men's/women's hairdresser, shops, bank, post office, pharmacy, place of worship, bus stop, etc.
In addition, a few steps away from home and only for our welcome guests, we have an agreement with immediate discounts on the prices displayed at: bar/café/ice-cream parlour, restaurants, rotisserie/gastronomy/pizzeria (take-away food), gym, swimming pool (with federal instructor), beauty/wellness centre, men's/women's hairdresser.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spotless, very well organized, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location was excellent, with Nikki Beach nearby and a stunning rooftop bar overlooking the water. Luciano was an exceptional host—kind, knowledgeable, and fluent in multiple languages including excellent English. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, even checking in on us after we left. Highly recommend!
