A beautiful and very spacious apartment in a prime location in Pescara, in the Porta Nuova neighborhood near the stadium; it offers a stunning view of the D’Annunzio Pine Forest and is just 500 meters from the sea (with numerous well-equipped beaches); The apartment is near the university and all city amenities, with a stop for bus 10 right outside the building (which takes you to downtown in less than 10 minutes); an assigned parking space is available in the building’s common area. Near the Tribunale and Porta Nuova stations
The space is meticulously maintained, with modern furnishings. Very large and comfortable rooms. All kitchen and bathroom amenities are provided, along with Wi-Fi, a coffee maker, and packaged breakfast items.
Guests have access to the apartment and all common areas; they will have exclusive use of the bathroom and bedroom
There are several special agreements with local restaurants and bars where you can enjoy excellent Italian food at discounted prices. Please note that additional fees may apply if you require all single rooms and do not book the entire apartment (rate for 7 people).

If you want the best andost spacious apartment, you definitely have to stay here at this one. Great location, very clean and truly a gem.of a place! We truly loved our stay here, beds very comfortable and bathrooms are spacious!!

We stayed as a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children under 10) for a week at the end of October. We had backpacks only and the apartments' location meant that the beach was less than a 10 minute walk and the bus into the city was right outside. Manuel was a fantastic host that helped us whenever we need help or advise. His responses were prompt too. Other than cleaning the shower ourselves, the apartment was perfect for our needs.
