About this house rental
Welcome to Casa Siena Pokolbin – a luxury designer retreat set on our 5-acre Shiraz vineyard within La Capella Estate. This spacious five-bedroom, five-bathroom home offers the perfect blend of elegance and comfort, complete with your own private 10-metre pool and sweeping vineyard views.
Each bedroom features a king bed (convertible to singles), a luxurious ensuite with a deep freestanding bath, and double French doors opening onto the surrounding vineyards and countryside.
Ducted air-conditioning throughout, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped chef's kitchen make Casa Siena the perfect destination for families, couples, or groups exploring the Hunter Valley.

Designed with luxury and entertaining in mind, Casa Siena offers spacious indoor and outdoor living surrounded by picturesque vineyard views.

* Five designer bedrooms, each with a king bed and private ensuite.
* Five luxury bathrooms with freestanding baths and premium finishes.
* Expansive kitchen with a 900mm Westinghouse oven, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine.
* Huge six-metre island bench and three-metre dining table, perfect for entertaining.
* Spacious living area with Smart TV (Netflix & YouTube).
* Indoor wood fireplace (wood supplied May–September).
* Private 10-metre swimming pool.
* Large outdoor entertaining area with vineyard views.
* Gas BBQ with a 12–14-seat outdoor dining table.
* Ducted air-conditioning throughout the home.
* Complimentary NBN Wi-Fi.
Bedding configuration
All five king beds can be converted into two single beds with a minimum of five days' notice for linen arrangements.
Linen
All linen and bath towels are included in the cleaning fee. Beds are professionally made with crisp white linen prior to your arrival.
Weddings and events
Casa Siena is located on the beautiful La Capella Estate Vineyard. While the estate hosts weddings and events, Airbnb bookings are for accommodation only. For wedding or event enquiries, please contact La Capella Estate directly.
Parking
Plenty of complimentary parking is available for multiple vehicles. If you're planning a wine tour before check-in, please ask us where vehicles can be safely parked.
Outdoor living
Relax by your private swimming pool, enjoy a meal from the BBQ around the large outdoor dining table, or simply unwind while overlooking the vineyards. The seamless indoor-outdoor design makes Casa Siena ideal for entertaining and enjoying the Hunter Valley lifestyle.

Please note:
* No parties, bucks groups, loud gatherings, or external guests.
* Maximum of 10 adult guests.
* No bands or external speakers, as there are other homes on the estate. We appreciate your consideration for fellow guests and neighbours.
Other things to note
Fireplaces & Firewood
Indoor wood fireplaces are available from the end of the NSW Easter School Holidays until the start of the NSW September School Holidays, in accordance with state fire restrictions. We provide enough firewood, kindling, and fire starters for one evening. If you would like additional fires during your stay, we recommend bringing your own supplies or purchasing more via your boarding pass.

The pool is open for swimming from the start of the NSW September School Holidays until immediately after the NSW Easter School Holidays, when it is closed and winterised for the cooler months.
