Alice's Lake House is a true oasis, set on 1,777 sqm of beautifully established gardens with panoramic water views. This grand old home boasts 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 an Ensuite) & home office. The two lounges & a formal dining area spill out onto a wrap around balcony. Enjoy the view even from the enclosed pool and deck at the rear of this amazing home.
Across the road is the Eleebana to Booragul, Warners Bay Foreshore walk is across the road.
This premium walking trail cycle way along the lake takes you to restaurants in Warners Bay which is a 30 minute walk.
And cafes/bar in the opposite direction which is a 12 min walk.
Beaches are a short drive away.
Merewether Beach is 13km (16min drive)
Redhead Beach is 12km (15min drive)
Blacksmiths Beach is 14km (16min drive)
The pool is undercover using an eclipse opening roof.
With many restaurants, cafe's, boutique shopping, walking paths & parks nearby, you will be spoilt for choice of what to do during your stay.

Great house & location. Very clean & spacious, enough room for big families. The only issue we had was the Wifi wasn’t that great

We had a wonderful stay here, 8 adults & 4 children, the house was very spacious the bedrooms very good size.Kitchen had everything that was needed, and the view excellent. Definitely a great house for a family gathering.

Was a great location with a great view especially in the morning with coffee on balcony. Was a nice spacious house and rooms were clean and great. Beds were comfortable. Location was good and not far drive to places to do things. Very secure as well so always felt safe as was not familiar with area and plenty room to park etc
Def would wana go back again if arises
