"Illoura",an aboriginal term meaning "pleasant place" features a modern kitchen with dishwasher, a dining table seating 12 guests and 3 modern bathrooms,with 1 featuring a large bath.All linen and bath towels are provided at no extra cost.
The open living plan area flows through large bi-fold doors to the outside deck overlooking Phegans Bay.
The front and back yards are fully fenced,ideal for the safety of children as well as your four legged friends.
Illoura has a private jetty which is ideal for fishing or securing your boat and the boat ramp is conveniently located only 2 minutes away.

I almost don’t want to recommend this property so it is always available for when I want to rent it time and time again. It is a lovely bungalow with the most beautiful view across Woy Woy bay from the back patio and kitchen and living area. The rooms are all a great large size. It’s just beautiful
