Location is great next to beach. We have family living in umina walking distance
The doors stuck and wouldn't close properly which made it difficult to let others sleep when the early riser were moving around

We really liked the park, it was midweek, so not busy, had a swim in the heated pool, great. I have given a low score due to the fact that our neighbours played loud music until 12.50 am on a week night.
This was of no fault to the Park but as it was not a busy time it would have been better for us retired couple to get a good night sleep and not worry that after we complained to them they didnt slash our tyres etc
