About this house rental
This exceptionally modern, spacious, and light-filled home boasts a spectacular ocean-front location. It has direct access to Ocean Beach, with just a few small steps over the sand dune to enjoy a family-friendly patrolled beach. You can enjoy the uninterrupted ocean views from the spacious open-plan living space, or the ocean-front outdoor deck, with a dining area and sun lounges.
The house is split into 2 seperate self contained apartments (one upstairs and the other on the ground floor) as seperate listings.
This downstairs apartment has 3 bedrooms, with the additional 2 bedrooms in the seperate cabin/garage conversion at the rear of the property.
Beachfront on The Esplanade will comfortably sleep a total of 8 adults + 3 children, making it perfect for a few families or an extended family holiday. The open plan living and dining space opens out onto the huge outdoor deck, with a dining area, BBQ, and sun loungers with ocean views. You can enjoy the beach from the deck, without getting your feet sandy!

There is another listing - Ocean Views on the Esplanade' on the upper level of this property, This is a smaller property that sleeps up to 7 people. Beachfront is the lower apartment, and you will share the driveway and entry courtyard with the upper apartment. Please take this into consideration when booking.

We had a wonderful stay at this holiday house in Umina Beach. The house was very spacious with plenty of bedrooms, making it perfect for our family. The views were absolutely beautiful, overlooking the beach, and having private access to the beach was a huge highlight for us.The outdoor back area was massive and great for relaxing and spending time together. Everything inside the house was clean, tidy, and well maintained, which made our stay very comfortable. Another bonus was the location, the shops were only a 10-minute walk away, which was very convenient.Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay and we would happily return.

We really enjoyed our stay, the view and the location of the house were perfect , well accommodated , room sizes were good but there were couple of technical issues where none of the fans in the granny room were working . We were not able open any of the windows in the main house which was a bit annoying . The cooktop is an induction but some of the equipment was not suitable so cooking became a bit slow.
