Yallambee Cottage - is a comfy and cosy cottage facing N.E., sleeping (12) 11 ADULTS and maybe 2 young Children during High Summer Season (12 comfortably.). All rooms with venetians and blackout curtains.

Bed. 3: Queen bed plus 2 single beds
Bed. 4: 2 x Singles zip together, 3rd King bed plus 2 single beds, plus Boori Cot ($30 per stay), with 2nd TV in Bedroom 4. All beds have innerspring mattresses, no foam mattresses. Surf views from major rooms of Cottage.

Unlike the few other beach houses on MacMasters we sit slightly back and are protected from the Southerlys etc. so you can enjoy the deck. Copacabana faces directly South so is hit front on by the inclement Southerly weather. Sitting high on sand dune with cool breezes, virtually no Mosquitoes.

Sorry, no Schoolies Groups, Buck's Nights or alike accepted, owing to past bad experiences. Interior is Non Smoking Area.

Council, Police and the local community have strict requirements in regard to nuisance noise and offensive behaviour. Under Section 268 of the Protection Environment Operations Act 1997, a complainant may be successful in obtaining noise abatement order from the local court against the offender. Heavy fines apply.

Yallambee Cottage - (meaning: resting place; watering hole) is aptly named because of its natural, serene & tranquil setting on a very large 1200 sq mtr beachfront block on the Central Coast, yet only 1 1/2 hrs Freeway drive North from Sydney Harbour Bridge OR, 2 1/2 hrs by Train to Gosford & Bus to door.
Direct access to the patrolled beaches (holiday times) of McMasters & Copacabana, 1 min walk to beach & Cockrone Lagoon for safe swimming, kyaking and its nature reserve. Stroll across the sand to Copacabana for a newspaper, cafes, Burnt Honey bakery ... superb!, bottle shop OR casual food & meals at Macs Beach Cafe next to Macs Surf Club Bar & meals Fri & Sun nights OR 6 min drive to Kincumber Village for COLES supermarket, bottle shop, restaurants, pizza, KFC, MacDonalds, deli/fruit shop, chemist, Westpac, Kincumber Pub/TAB, PO, library for internet etc. 7 min walk to start of Bouddi National Park. 10 min drive to more sophistication of Terrigal & Crowne Plaza Hotel.
