The location is excellent, right on the water and close to Gosford. The pool was clean and lovely, beds were comfortable.
It is a bit dated, which we knew it would be based on the photos. Main thing to improve is the bathroom lights. Only the heat lights work, which was way too hot on a hot summer day. We would have also appreciated pool towels.

Amazing views, large spacious house with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and multiple living spaces. Good location, pool and grassy area down to the water.
Aircon in main living area doesn’t work (at all), tv in rumpus room unusable as there’s no remote, dishwasher doesn’t dry, some ceiling fans don’t work, dirty (thick dust on cupboard / door frames, dirty oven, pool), and broken curtains.
