Woy Woy Relaxing 6-Bedroom Holiday House with Pool

We enjoyed the spaciousness of the property, the pool, and the convenient beach access. The beds were comfortable and the furniture was well-maintained.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

It had plenty of room, was clean and well appointed.

A couple of baking trays would be good!

The specific advantage of this property was that there were 9 separate beds so the property was able to accommodate the entire touring party. We didn't care too much about the location as we were working at Avoca Beach followed by Lambton. It was very well appointed in terms of facilities, equipment and utensils. Coffee machine, air fryer, washing machine and dryer were all very much appreciated. Comfortable lounge area, good-sized dining area and generous size kitchen. Plenty of towels and linen.

A couple of the rooms did not have doors - rather they had curtains. Doors would have been better. 2 of the beds were mattresses on the floor. Probably good for children but not particularly comfortable for adults. Water pressure in the showers was pretty ordinary. Air-conditioning was not available in all the rooms but it was not particularly hot when we were there so it didn't matter. If you were just having a holiday on the Central Coast, there are better locations than Woy Woy - but, for us, it was very convenient.

The property was clean and sufficiently stocked with amenities. The owners were very polite and responsive

The main bathroom tap did not stop running till you turned it off from the pipes. There was a plumbing issue at the time of our stay. The layout of the house is odd, the only way to get to the pool is via the master bedroom. It lacks privacy. The master bedroom fan did not work and there are only two to split air conditioning system. The house would get quite warm and intolerable in the summers.
