About this house rental
The Farm at Hunter Escape (Circa 1890) has been renovated to include all modern facilities without sacrificing the Old World Charm. Built out of local timber and sandstone with nearly 100 meters of verandas over looking "Wollombi Creek"
Situated 2 hrs from Sydney, 30 mins from Pokolbin and 5 mins from the Historic Village of Wollombi and the famous Wollombi Tavern.
The Farm, set in excess of 100 acres borders the Pokolbin State Forest and can sleep 13 + people. It is suited to large groups and families but is set out with 3 queen and a double room to cater for couples as well.
Please note there is a caretakers cottage which does not interfere with the privacy of the guests and is only occupied on a limited basis.

2 Queen bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms one with digital TV
1 Queen bedroom
1 Double bedroom with single bunk and babys cot
1 Bunk room that sleeps 4 +
3 Bathrooms one with single spa
Indoor and outdoor dinning for 12 +
Large lounge area with Foxtel
Games room with pool table, dartboard and bar

Weekend bookings require a minimum charge $880 for a 2 night stay . We can cater for up to 15 people. Mid week stays require a minimum booking of $720 for a 2 night stay. Child rates apply.

We were in the area to celebrate a wedding. The house suited perfectly. Though the host resides close in an adjacent residence, he had little interaction other than welcome and odd check when we bounced into him. The property ticks many boxes and would comfortably stay again.

Fabulous place to gather your family and friends… lots of room for the children to play and the pool table was enjoyed by everyone.
