Sole use of large country home in two sections, each with a bathroom and kitchen/kitchenette, so suits two families, with friendly farm animals.
Large stone open log fireplace in the lounge room.
Wide verandahs overlooking rural views, set on a 4 acre garden estate, a short walk to Wollombi village.
Access via a bitumen road. Only ten minutes walk to Wollombi village.
There's a small fenced plunge pool to swim in, and a huge games room with a pool table, piano and library.
All King beds can be split to singles on request with a minimum weeks notice. Flexible check in & out times offered when possible.
