I met Javier to get the keys, he was on time. It's a quite new appartment, modern, quite large, it has a small garden. Close to 2 tram stations, a bunch of restaurants and bakeries nearby. Quiet location.
Not a big deal, but some chairs and a small table would make the garden nicer.
The ventilation in bedroom was somehow broken, it kept on stoping and restarting after a few seconds. My workaround was to turn off the fuse during the night. I let them know about it, they plan to fix it asap, not a big deal as well.
