Location vs the centre (25 min walk), quiet area at night, strong shower

Pillows need replacing as have gone lumpy, the spiral staircase is fine for adults but not kids or the elderly, bathroom is a little damp. None of these would stop me from going again as on balance it was good for what we needed.
