The living room is designed for relaxation. It features a homely sofa, a widescreen TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with all the essentials for preparing delicious meals, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and a variety of cookware and cutlery. A washing machine is also available for your laundry needs.

Upstairs, the two bedrooms are comfortably furnished with queen beds, wardrobes, and chests of drawers. To ensure a restful stay, all beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.

The bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and toiletries, providing everything you need to refresh and unwind.

For your comfort, the space is professionally cleaned before your arrival.

Bonfim, a lively neighbourhood in Porto, offers a mix of tradition and modernity, making it a favourite among visitors. Its charming streets, historic architecture, and local eateries create an authentic and inviting atmosphere, perfect for exploring the city’s rich culture.

With easy access to Porto’s main attractions and public transportation, Bonfim is an excellent base for discovering the city. From relaxing in Jardim de São Lázaro to enjoying a glass of Port wine, this vibrant area promises a memorable experience.

The property is conveniently reachable by both public transport and car.

Heroísmo Subway Station is just 500 meters away, and Campanhã Train and Subway Station is 600 meters away.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is an 18-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
