Séjour très agréable dans un logement propre et bien équipé

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Il a été très facile de récupérer les clés grâce aux instructions claires et détaillées que l’hôte nous avait envoyées. Le logement était très propre, parfaitement préparé à notre arrivée. Nous n’avons manqué de rien : tout l’équipement nécessaire était sur place, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous recommandons vivement !

A l'apartament hi ha tot el que es pot necessitar. El lloc és molt tranquil, molt a prop hi ha un supermercat, una benzinera i restaurants; la calefacció ja estava engegada quan vam arribar-hi. Una nit (a les 23 h. !!) vam tenir un problema amb la clau de l'entrada i el Sr. Pirjo va venir personalment a solucionar-ho amb molta amabilitat.

部屋が広くてきれい、使い勝手も最高。部屋に置いてある様々なグッズもセンスが良くて心身ともにリラックスさせてくれました。また、コーヒー、紅茶なども揃っていたので、余るほどたくさん買わなくて済みました。チェックアウトの後、スーツケースを玄関横の軒下に置いたままにして町内の散策をしましたが、部屋に忘れ物をしていました。気づいて、掃除のスタッフがいるうちに入らせていただこうと急いで帰ってみましたら、掃除は済んでいました。でも、忘れ物はスーツケースの上に固定してありました。とてもありがたかったです。その時は気づきませんでしたが、私あてのメールでその事を知らせてもらっていました。丁寧な対応に感謝しております。

自宅に居るのと同じくらい快適だった。

利用者が衣類と食料だけ持ち込めば良いほどに準備されていた。リネン、タオル、洗剤、床のマット等は当然としても、コーヒー豆なども揃っていて快適だった。

空港からタクシーで行ったが、施設名がドアに小さく書かれているだけなので見つけにくかった。

Monolocale carino e funzionale, con una pulizia davvero impeccabile nel centro abitato di Ivalo.

Due cose principali. 1) la serratura di ingresso: chiave o serratura con problemi, alle volte si inchiodava e quando di fuori ci sono -30 diventa un problema davvero grave. A oner del vero alla seconda segnalazione il proprietario è venuto ad oliarla e non abbiamo più avuto problemi. 2) cosa più grave un messaggio con toni poco piacevoli dal proprietario: È necessaria una spiegazione a riguardo. Abbiamo pattuito già prima del nostro arrivo di modificare la nostra prenotazione aggiungendo un giorno perché saremmo arrivati appunto con un giorno di anticipo, in sostanza con questa modifica l'importo è passato da 440€ a 577€, non so bene cosa è accaduto,(abbiamo un paio di volte fatto confusione con questa funzionalità, sia io che il proprietario), ma paypal ha bloccato questa aggiunta, e giustamente il proprietario mi ha chiesto la differenza, ci mancherebbe anzi mi scuso ancora per il disguido, il problema è con un tono non proprio accomodante per qualche ragione ancora a me non nota mi chiede 212 invece dei 137 di differenza..mi sono permesso di farglielo notare ma comunque ho dovuto pagare 30€ in più di pulizia rispetto a quanto previsto su booking e non ho capito il perché, non è per i 30€ ma mi sono sentito davvero trattato male e preso in giro, ma amen. Ultima nota a margine, è presente una lavatrice ma non funzionante in bagno, non è elencata nei servizi quindi non imputabile come problema, solo che occupa spazio che potrebbe essere utile.
