Hakone Hibarino hot spring hotel

The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us enjoy our stay. The rooms were impeccable and the onsen was a real treat. Most impressive were the meals. The kaiseki dinner was unlike anything we’ve ever had before and was truly exceptional - the attention to each detail was exquisite. The breakfast were similarly unique and impressive and added an element of awe to this stay. I would highly recommend this properly to anyone looking for an amazing getaway.

Cozy, clean and overall charming. You can tell each detail was a purposeful choice, from the ceramic plates to the lighting placements. The atmosphere was magical. The staff is so attentive and kind, you can truly experience the essence of Japanese hospitality.

Normally i'm not a reciew writing person, but this was one of the best hotels i have stayed in my life. I randomly found this place, but i'm glad i did. I have no idea how they have so few reviews, hidden gem stay. The people, i had help from Laritto, Kamata, tetsu-chan. Good english, wam vibe, great personalities. They are there to make your trip better. They will book places for you, drive you around ( they even asked a restaurant to give me a ride back home after i was done with my meal). The hotel is new, only opened last year. Beautiful building with a lovely koi fish pond. They each have their own name. DO HAVE the dinner and breakfast. You will thank me later. The room. Warm, cozy, your own private onsen that runs 24/24. Sitting inside while cold rain showers you is bliss. Great amenities, they will prepare a kimono for you. You can literally walk off the street and you will have everything you need there, and in high quality. The next time i come to Japan, i will book this place first and then i will buy the tickets. Ps: it's not advertised, but they will give you a free drink if you arrive before 6pm, i had the sake champagne/prosecco like drink. Very sweet taste, full of flavour. Pps: buy a Hakone free pass before you come. The busses coming in and out will be free ( from the other cities to Hakone aswell) and it's very good value for what you pay.
