Everything was great! Bob the greeter was there as planned to take us to the house. The house was just as beautiful as it appeared in the pics and was well equipped (the kitchen in particular). The alarms went off during the first night's but the crew responded immediately. We weren't able to use the safe (instructions would have helped), and there was a learning curve with the dishwasher (again, instructions would have helped), but all in all, the house was great. The most notable issue was with the freezer not closing properly but I texted about that earlier.
