We loved our stay with our family! Perfect location.Easy to get around on the east side of the island and not a far trip to Cruz Bay. Convenient market not 5 minutes away. Having the pool was perfection after the day at the beach! Loved sitting on the porch at night watching the sunset and listening to the birds. So relaxing!

My brother’s family from Tahoe had never been to the Caribbean, they LOVED St John! Villa was perfect except for spotty WiFi, I didn’t care about that. Utility work on Rt 108 blocked access for a couple hours one day, work appears to be done. Villa very well stocked with beach chairs, etc.

The location and view from the house are amazing. Spent mornings and evenings on the upper deck enjoying the view and breezes. 5 mins into Coral Bay and about 25 mins to the North Shore beaches, which was okay with us as we wanted to be on the quiet side of the island. The only suggestion we have is that the house is really in need of new linens. The ones there are old and were very worn and stained - a bit gross. This may be the rental company more than the house itself though. The house is a bit rustic and we had a few really large ones in the house, but you are in the middle of a National park, so likely to be expected. The air conditioning in the bedrooms works well and the rest of the house stayed comfortable with the breezes.
