With AC throughout the home and fresh trade winds blowing through this estate, the villa makes a perfect vacation rental with a private pool for groups of up to 8 guests.

On the Main level, a native stone entry leads to the spacious upper level deck with cozy outdoor shady living areas. The nautical feel great room and kitchen are ideal for entertaining, with arched Mahogany doors and windows streaming in the views from all sides.
A full bath powder room off of the kitchen and the “captain’s desk” complete with porthole windows gives space for those that need a remote workspace. The upscale Caribbean feel of the home continues throughout the property.
On the great room level, the first master bedroom has an en-suite bath featuring an outdoor shower and new AC.
Downstairs, enjoy even more outdoor living with views of Coral Bay from deep-water pool and 2nd outdoor living room. A small pool kitchen on the lower level adds a simple quality of life
feature that makes days easy.

This is a beautiful property with four large, comfortable bedrooms, outdoor showers, a good sized pool (maybe 10x20) and two levels of decks overlooking Coral Bay. The kitchen was very well equipped with a Viking stove and two fridges available. Plenty of pots and pans and dishes to cook. Equipped with towels and beach chairs too. Roads are very steep so be prepared! We really enjoyed our week and hope to come back!

Beautiful morning and evening views. The house is laid out with three separate areas. The living space, the primary bedroom and the secondary bedrooms. House was clean and comfortable.

The Tropical Manor exceeded our expectations by a long shot! The views, the layout of the home, the amenities, everything about this place was beyond our expectations. The pictures definitely don’t do it justice! We will be back again!!

We had an amazing stay here at Tropical Manor. The 8 of us, ages 8-75, were very comfortable. The home is clean, gorgeous. The AC was very appreciated. No power issues. We had an issue with water on one day and the management responded immediately, issue resolved very quickly. There is some construction next door but we didn’t mind it at all, we were out at the beaches during most of their work days. The road in and driveway to the house is steep, but you get used to it driving around STJ. The house has beach chairs, coolers, well stocked kitchen. The concierge responds quickly with any recommendations. We loved this house and stay and would definitely stay here again.
