The villa features three ensuite bedrooms across two separate pavilions, giving couples or families plenty of space and privacy. Two couples will find ample separation, while a third couple or families with older children will appreciate the independent sleeping quarters alongside welcoming communal spaces for meals and gatherings. Shaded reading nooks, sun-drenched patios, and expansive decks mean there’s always a perfect spot for everyone.
Flexible tiered pricing makes Astral Villa especially couple-friendly—you’ll always have the entire property to yourselves, but we won’t charge for bedrooms you don’t use. It’s a dream setting for honeymooners, babymooners, anniversary trips, or anyone seeking a romantic escape.
Though Coral Bay is known as the “quieter” side of St. John, you’ll still find charming shops, laid-back restaurants, and well-stocked markets just minutes away. A scenic 10-minute drive brings you to the island’s world-famous beaches.
Astral Villa blends traditional West Indian charm with understated elegance. From sunrise coffee on your private patio to sunset cocktails by the saltwater pool, every hour offers a new palette of Caribbean colors. At night, let the tropical breezes, starlit skies, and magical moonrises work their spell—best enjoyed from one of the villa’s two whirlpool spas.

Our stay at this villa was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views. We have traveled quite a bit, and this was honestly one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever stayed.
The villa was beautifully decorated, spotless, and had every amenity we could possibly need.
We were a little nervous about the open-air doors and windows since we’d never experienced anything like that before, but it ended up being one of our favorite things about the villa. It allowed us to fully enjoy the island breezes and the incredible surroundings.
The location was perfect, close to a grocery store, restaurants, and everything we wanted to explore on the Coral Bay side of the island, while still feeling private and peaceful.
The pool and hot tub provided endless entertainment for our family. Our kids spent hours playing, catching hermit crabs, spotting lizards and iguanas, and exploring the beautiful property. The landscaping and flowers were stunning and added so much to the tropical atmosphere.
Some of our favorite memories were simply sitting on the deck, taking in the view, and soaking up the peacefulness of St. John. There truly is nothing better.
We made memories here that our family will never forget, and we would return in a heartbeat. If you’re considering booking this villa, don’t hesitate, you will not be disappointed. It exceeded every expectation we had.

This was mine and my husband's fourth time on the island, but first time staying at Astral, and BOY we will stay at Astral for the rest of our future trips. The house is so incredibly private, wonderfully decorated, the view is insane, and there are no neighbors around you. Between the stocked kitchen, pool, and hot tub, you could spend an entire week admiring the view.
A huge plus is just how surrounded by nature the house is - we fed the bananaquits every morning, so much so that they expected us to feed them every time we came back from the beach. We will never stay anywhere else on the island ever again - Astral is truly a one-of-a-kind house.

Astral Villa is absolutely gorgeous and perfect. We spent a lot of time on the patio and in the pool, staring at the beautiful view. The lounge chairs are SO NICE and comfortable. The kitchen was the nicest and most well stocked of any rental we have ever stayed at as a group, and there have been many! We made dinner every night at the villa and it was a wonderful to cook in that kitchen.
Also we noticed how well maintained the property itself is. No chipping paint, no mildew, no bugs… we have seen a lot in the tropics and Astral was so clean and well maintained. The set up was perfect for us. Two couples and one teenager. Everyone had their own private space but also plenty of comfortable communal space.
You made our first trip to St John very memorable and we will be forever grateful to have spent time at Astral!

Our family of six had an amazing time at Astra Villa. The house is perfect and the views were absolutely incredible. We made great use of the hot tub and pool in the afternoons after boat rides and beach days. We definitely would stay here again!
