A wonderful two-level, 5 Bedroom, 3.5 Bath home on Sunriver's North end, McNary 20 offers plenty of space and entertainment plus A/C, Rec Passes, Hot Tub and is pet friendly! It has new carpeting throughout the home. This home has 2 Primary Bedrooms with En Suites, one on each floor, each with King Bed. The rest of the bedrooms are upstairs with a Queen in one bedroom, 2 Twins in another and 2 Bunkbeds in the last one. The gas fireplace in the living area adds warmth and atmosphere to the cozy wood-cabin feel. A private Hot tub on its own deck makes a great way to end the day.
Main Floor:
The main floor of the home has the Kitchen, Dining and Living areas plus the half bath and the downstairs Primary Bedroom. There's also access to the garage with the foosball table via the laundry room.
Kitchen:
The corner kitchen has new cabinets and countertops along with new stainless steel appliances including a double over range with a 6-burner glass cooktop in the island. The sink has an instant hot water tap. The island seats 4 as well. Over the sink is a large window granting some lovely natural light with a view of some natural common space.
Dining:
Just off the kitchen is the handmade, solid wood Dining table which seats 8. In-between the dining table and the kitchen is the door that leads out to the main deck with the propane BBQ and outdoor seating in the warmer months.
Living:
The Living area has a matching leather couch and chair plus two Wingback chairs for relaxing by the fire and taking in your favorite show. The large and numerous windows grant natural light.
Downstairs Primary Bedroom:
Down the hall off the kitchen is the half bathroom on the way to the Main Floor Primary Bedroom. The Primary Bedroom houses a King bed and an attached En Suite with a double vanity plus separate tub and shower.
Upstairs:
Upstairs Bedroom 1:
The first upstairs bedroom has a King-sized bed and attached En Suite and new TV. The remodeled En Suite has new flooring, a double vanity with new countertop plus a large Shower.
Upstairs Bedroom 2:
The second upstairs bedroom has two Twin Beds
Upstairs Bedroom 3:
The third Upstairs bedroom has Two Twin Bunk Beds plus a flatscreen TV.
Upstairs Bedroom 4:
The final upstairs bedroom has a Queen Bed.
