The location is incredible, so many restaurants around and very close to the palace. The flat was very clean and new. It has a little room with sofa to rest. Very good!

Это скорей не к объекту. А в принципе. Я не люблю, когда соединен туалет и душ, если вода течет на пол. Сыро. Вода. Если вам нужен холодильник с морозилкой , то в этом объекте её нет.

Très bon emplacement au calme mais tout proche d'une rue piétonne remplie de restaurants, proche du métro et du palais. Entrée et sortie facile et autonome avec code. Très propre.
La position en demi sous-sol : pas de vue, juste un peu de lumière L'absence de réelle table : il y a une petite table basse avec un canapé et 2 chaises. Lits doubles avec ressorts pas très confortables à mon goût ( mais corrects)

Great location, excellent washing machine and dryer, you will never run out of toilet paper or towels, comfortable beds
Low ceilings make the space feel smaller than it actually is, communal stairwell is not particularly welcoming and the glass entrance doors are completely covered in fingerprints, which gives a poor first impression.
