The location is very good. It is near a subway station (2 min from apt.). The problem is locating the apt. This is how : Use exit #3 of the subway Gyeongbokgung, and head toward Paris Baguette across the street. Walk the small street looking to your right. Turn on the 3rd small street on your right. It will be the 1rst red brick building on your left (not counting the 1rst building on the corner The tenants do not lock the front door. Walk down the steps and there will be a small paper sign on the door indicating the apartment. Cars cannot drive through. You must walk to find the apt.

The apartment is newly renovated but the draining system does not work very well so there is water gathering in front of the door of the apt. Also, there is a musty smell because of this.
