The location. The washing machine for a family is always a plus.

In 6 days there was not a change of towels or sheets, for 4 people. When I asked If there were extra sheets so we could change them, I was told that I would have to pay extra for that. My wife had to wash the towels from day one since they were smelly.

It looked good online, was a good size and had floor heating. It was easy to get in and out of.

The beds were very uncomfortable and bed linen was old. The loft is not suitable for adults. There was a message not to flush toilet paper as the toilet would clog and the shower head sprayed badly.
