Emplacement super. Toutes les commodités autour. Metro en face dans la gare de Seoul. Ligne de métro pour l’aéroport directe. Très confortable.

Super close to Seoul Station - 3mins walk. This was especially handy when arriving at night as a family of 6 with young children. Very central location with train/metro and several bus stops within 3mins walk - good base location. Right next to it is Lotte Outlets mall and huge supermarket - that alone is worth visiting! Do also go up to Seoullo - it’s quite a cool walk, especially after sunset. The panoramic view from the apartment is insanely good. It had all the facilities we needed, including washer/dryer, basic kitchen with all crockery and utensils, comfortable beds, large dining table, and many practical things at our disposal - e.g. adapters, slippers, umbrellas.

Overall, it was a bit dated and cleanliness was average. There were random things left behind (likely from past travellers), like AirPods, headphones, used hair brushes, etc. Note - whilst this is a ‘duplex’ - the second ‘floor’ has really low clearance - about 1m high. That means to get to the two large beds upstairs you need to basically crawl on your knees. The little fence on the top floor was about 30cm/1ft tall, which made me uncomfortable with having small children staying upstairs. Whilst upstairs and downstairs are somewhat separate - it was not private - it felt like one large room rather.
