The location was great, good value for money, handy to have the kitchenette and washing machine. Easy check in and check out procedure

The second bedroom has a futon bed - which is more like a mattress on the floor. This was ok for my two children, but would not be suitable for adults. Would be good to have a regular bed in that room!

I had a wonderful stay at Urbanstay Boutique Hotel Ikseon. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Ikseondong, with countless beautiful cafés, restaurants, and boutique shops just steps away. It's also an easy walk to Anguk, making it a great base for exploring some of Seoul's most charming neighborhoods. One of my favorite things about this hotel was that it felt like staying in a modern Korean apartment rather than a typical hotel. The keycode entry system for both the building and the room made everything convenient and gave it a secure, local feel. If you're looking for a comfortable, well-located place that lets you experience Seoul like a local, I highly recommend Urbanstay Boutique Hotel Ikseon.

Very clean, easy to access and amazing location!

The location was great and very convenient for getting around Seoul. We really enjoyed being close to everything we wanted to do.

Unfortunately, there were several issues with our stay. Construction noise kept us up and made it difficult to rest. Communication with the staff was also challenging, although I understand there can be a language barrier. The walls in our room were extremely dirty, with some areas even having small holes. The biggest concern was the bathroom sliding door. Screws were coming out of the wall and prevented the door from opening properly. Both my wife and I got stuck inside the bathroom at different times because of this. This is a serious safety issue that should be repaired immediately.
