Had a good nights sleep. Talked to Joel who super helpful. I would recommend this site and I would book again.

Very clean, quiet and welcoming. Surprised by the extra touches, snacks,cold bottled water and organic shampoo and hand soap.

Parking was tight due to surrounding construction.

Great location, cozy

What was good: Location was great, lots of hot water for shower, wi-fi was fast and easy to connect to. Host graciously stocked the place with coffee and a bottle of wine, even. It was cozy, quiet, and warm. I'd stay there again.

Parking lot was small and a bit of an ice rink. Halls exterior to place were a bit of a wreck - students seemed to have just moved out and left lots of mess in the passageways.
