Classic house with modern updated kitchen. 12x12 deck. 50 inch tv with every streaming service! Thousands of channels from all over the world! Slate pool table. New washer and dryer. New Refrigerator.. Briarwood Mall 5 min away. Bus stops at both ends of the street. Washtenaw Dairy 10 min walk. Drip House Coffee 10 min walk.

I feel bad leaving negative reviews, but this property was so problematic that I had to relocate and get a refund. I won't say the house was totally uninhabitable, but it was substandard in so many ways. More importantly, the host was not cooperative (to put it politely). And then working with Vrbo to get the refund was a month-long battle. It was very easy to prove that I deserved a refund, but I still had to spend hours and hours on the phone and writing emails. So, like I said, I don't like leaving bad reviews, but this was a very disappointing experience that really affected my trip to Ann Arbor.
