Cute bungalow in a great location on one of Ann Arbor’s most unique streets. The street features large trees with homes built in the 30s and 40s.Very safe and quiet area. Close to Michigan Stadium, 1 mile to campus and downtown, close to shopping, parks, restaurants, and bars. Great park just 5 minute walk away. Classic house with modern updated kitchen. 12x12 deck. 50 inch tv with every streaming service! Thousands of channels from all over the world! Slate pool table. New washer and dryer.
