Steps away from the "Big House" 9 houses to be exact, you can hear the cheers on game day! Premiere location on quiet tree-lined Snyder Avenue! A2'S 5 STAR townhouse is your home away from home! A cozy space surrounded by all the comforts of home decorated in designer paint, local artists work & beautifully furnished. Patio furniture and a gas grill. A mile from downtown, centrally located to Crisler Arena, U of M, Diag, A2 Ice Cube, Yost Arena, Whole Foods, restaurants, shops, highways in minutes! **During Michigan Graduation and Michigan Football Games there will be one or two cars parked on the front lawn during the events. Guests will have 3 tandem parking spots on the driveway.
Built in the 1950's this quaint older recently renovated 2- Story brick townhouse is extraordinarily comfortable and cozy! Hardwood flooring throughout with beautiful area rugs.
Hall closet is equipped with hangers, iron, ironing board, clothes steamer, board games, umbrella, flashlights, step stool, pack and play.
Spacious family room with coved ceilings, could also double as an additional bedroom with an ultra-comfortable extra-large leather sectional couch, that could easily sleep two, or a Queen Areo-bed, sleeps 6, comfortably.
Family room also features a 50" LED, Samsung Smart Television with remote controls, At & t high speed internet and a Fire Stick for all of your streaming devices.
Sunny breakfast nook with door to small furnished patio and nice partially fenced treed backyard, high top kitchen table with 4 high back chairs... Kitchen with tile counters & back-splash is well stocked, including: Full set of cooking, mixing, measuring and baking utensils. Olive oil, balsamic vinegar, spices, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee pods, tea, creamer and bottles of water, all appliances, gas stove, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, brand new disposal, microwave, Oster toaster, Keurig and Mr. Coffee, coffee makers.
Upstairs has an oversized master bedroom with an ultra-comfortable king bed, wall mounted 58” Toshiba Smart Television, lighted ceiling fan, nightstands, table lamp, computer desk work area with comfortable desk chair and ample closets with extra feather down pillows, plush blankets, bath robes, hangers and mirrored door.
Second bedroom with two twin Serta mattresses, with headboard and foot boards, ample closet with hangers, extra pillows & blankets.
Linen closets outside the bathroom are fully equipped with toilet paper, bathing essentials, first aid kit, full size bath towels, hand towels, face cloths and extra sets of bedding.
Full tiled bathroom, with brand new vanity with granite top and porcelain sink, Delta faucet, Kohler toilet, tub and ceramic tile surround shower with WaterPik shower head for customized water pressure. Equipped with Pantene shampoo, conditioner and Dove BodyCare soap. blow dryer and flat iron are in the bathroom vanity.
Clean dry basement located off the kitchen has two extra high back chairs, full sized washer and dryer for all your laundry needs during your stay. Guests provide their own laundry soap. I will provide you with one wash for your convenience.
