We had a Roomy apartment with a great location to the Main street with restaurants and shops. The apartment had two bedrooms with a king beds in each with a TV capable of streaming . Two full baths. Full size washer/ dryer . Full kitchen. Large living area with flat screen tv.
Draw backs: Across the street of a nightclub. Could hear the music and crowds until after midnight. The second bedroom is away from the street and quieter. There is a Major street project going on (signs in elevator indicate until October. There was loud drilling starting at 6 am! Monday through Saturday. (May want to check if this project has ended- work does not happen on Sunday.)
Also note: Ann Arbor has freight trains which run close to the building, by law they blare their horns when the pass through town. A train came through at 11 pm.
Over a great rental space for a large family. There is a sofa bed as well. The location to Main Street is fantastic. Many great restaurants bars and shops. I would stay here again.

We always love staying here because it feels like home. It is spacious enough that we can spread out. The full kitchen is a very nice amenity. Given all that you get for this price, it is quite a good deal.
