Charming 3 bed/2 bath, walking distance to Michigan Stadium. Peaceful, away from hustle & bustle of campus with serene walking trails close by. Remodeled, gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Enjoy super cozy living room & dining area, large sectional & 50' flat screen. Cable & WIFI, washer & dryer + supplies including complimentary coffee & bottled water. Huge 2nd living area in fully finished basement with massive sectional, flat screen, poker table and 16ft shuffleboard table! 2 car garage & plenty of parking. You will love the convivence to downtown Ann Arbor, Michigan Stadium, The University of Michigan or VA Medical facilities and the natural beauty of the Arboretum or the Huron River trail systems.

We had a fantastic stay! The location is absolutely unbeatable, especially for getting to the football stadium. The host was wonderful—the house was superbly stocked, and we truly appreciated the welcome basket of goodies they provided.The only small piece of feedback is that the mattresses were very firm, which made sleeping very challenging. Addressing the mattress comfort would make this property truly five-star!
