About this house rental
This house really is close to everything. Want to go to the Big House, it's just a short 2 mile walk or drive to get there. There is public transportation right across the street, and you are within a few miles of all things you need. Grocery stores, restaurants, entertainment are all within a few miles of this house. While this house is quite close to the highway, we have taken all the proper measures to assure that you do not hear the highway (when indoors). This recently remodeled home has an open concept, with everything you need for a short or long stay.

Loved our stay in this home that was perfect for 4 family members spanning 3 generations. Close to everything we were doing over 2026 graduation weekend. As a property owner myself, I have three minor suggestions... Add a handrail on the inside of the extra wide staircase (to assist older people), add a towel hanger over the top of the door to the hall bathroom upstairs (one 24" towel rod isn't enough), and switch out the straight shower rod with a curved rod in the hall bath upstairs (to accommodate larger people). All are easy, inexpensive fixes.

The house is spotless. It’s comfy and we love the location. We appreciate that it’s pet friendly and we get to bring our two black labs. Julie responds to messages quickly and is friendly and helpful. We love staying here when we visit Ann Arbor.
