Nestled across from a seasonal community garden where guests can pick fresh flowers, this home blends comfort, charm, and convenience for every kind of stay.
Inside, you’ll be greeted by cheerful colors, an abundance of natural light (even in the winter!), and thoughtful touches to make you feel instantly at home. The third bedroom doubles as a library and workspace with a dedicated desk, ideal for remote work or a quiet reading nook.
For fitness lovers, our basement features a mini home gym complete with a heavy bag (boxing gloves and wrist wraps provided), dumbbells, a medicine ball, weighted ball, and foam roller. Prefer a full gym experience? The YMCA with a sauna and pool is just one block away.
After a day of exploring Ann Arbor or hitting the gym, unwind with a relaxing soak in the tub using our spa caddy—perfect for a glass of wine and a good book. We’ve stocked the linen closet with everything from makeup remover and razors to nail polish and backup toothbrushes for your convenience.
Guests traveling with pets will appreciate our partially fenced location—just a mile from the highly rated Ann Arbor Animal Hospital. We’re also centrally located near the University of Michigan Hospital, Women's Center, and Children’s Hospital—some of the best medical facilities in the country.

There are 3 spots available in the driveway. Street parking is not allowed on Mulholland, but there is ample free street parking on Washington, just a short walk around the corner.★☆ HOUSE RULES ☆★
No smoking Pets are allowed for an additional non-refundable fee of $50/pet (Please remove all pet waste after your stay) No events, parties, or large gatherings Outdoor quiet hours: 10pm- 9am Seating for the backyard is located in the shed. Please report any damages that occur during stay There is a $500 fee for smoking in the premises. Late Check Out Fees are as follows: $50 for the first hour, $100 for two hours, and $500 for any extended time. These fees ensure fair compensation for our cleaners or any subsequent guests affected by delays. If you need a late checkout, please inquire in advance. Depending on upcoming bookings, we might accommodate you, though a fee might still apply. Extra Guests: If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry based on the platform's policies. Extra guests will be treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may apply, or we might request that you vacate the property. If uncertain about guest numbers or daytime visitors, please reach out.
