Hey there! I'm Tarik, a former University of Michigan football player and graduate. I’m excited to welcome you to stylish 2-bed, 2.5-bath Ann Arbor townhome, minutes from the Big House & downtown. Perfect for game days or U of M visits, this modern space comfortably fits 6 guests. Features a fully equipped kitchen, dedicated workspace, king & queen beds, and an electric fireplace. Your ideal home base for exploring A2! The main level features a bright, open-concept floor plan filled with natural light, seamlessly connecting the living, dining, and kitchen areas.
🛋️ Living Room: Unwind on the comfortable sofa and watch the game on the 55-inch TV, or get cozy by the electric fireplace. Board games and cards are available for a fun night in.
🍽️ Kitchen & Dining: The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances and ample counter space for preparing meals. Enjoy your creations in the stylish dining area.
🛏️ Bedrooms: Two private and inviting bedrooms ensure a restful night's sleep.

⏰ Early Check-In & Late Check-Out: Complimentary early check-in at 3:00 PM (one hour early) is offered when available.
