The apartment was comfortable and clean. Overall stay environment was good. Location was convenient. Suitable for a short stay.

Check-in and check-out instructions were unclear, especially for first-time guests. Very slow or no response from staff when asking for assistance. Had to repeatedly follow up for updates. Refund process took around 3 days with no clear timeline. Poor communication significantly affected the experience. Management should seriously improve communication response time, provide clear and complete check-in/check-out information, and set a clear refund timeline. With better service management, this property has the potential to offer a much better guest experience. Booking.com should improve its customer support process when guests are unable to contact the property owner or management. There should be a clearer and faster way for guests to raise complaints or get assistance in urgent situations.
