The cleanliness in the room and living room overall, the hot water, the air cond., the bed, the lighting, the high floor view, the hair dryer, safety of the environment - security guard with camera.; nearby amenities for food and 7-eleven, TV works well.
Kitchen table cloth - appeared to be dusty. Will be good to provide the hand wash dispenser at the wash basin. Upgrade to better shampoo and body shower gel if possible.

Location was great, close to town. Easy check in and check out, just pickup and drop off keys, instruction was clear.
Some kitchen cabinets were falling apart, stain on couch, unclean towers were left inside cabinets.
