The cleanliness in the room and living room overall, the hot water, the air cond., the bed, the lighting, the high floor view, the hair dryer, safety of the environment - security guard with camera.; nearby amenities for food and 7-eleven, TV works well.
Kitchen table cloth - appeared to be dusty. Will be good to provide the hand wash dispenser at the wash basin. Upgrade to better shampoo and body shower gel if possible.

house owner is responsive. Answer fast when we have inquiry about the check-in, car park...
Walking distance (<5min) to get various of local food. Ipoh parade also near by, walking distance 10min.
Grocery/convenient shops such as speedmart99 just across the road.
Only one car park. The house furniture is old, the sleeping couch with stain and broken.
Overall house condition is old and sign of stain especially the toilet.
Both bathroom/toilet have to enter from the room. Suppose one share bathroom/toilet between a room & living room however the door enter from the living room is broken. Those sleep out of the room need to disturb those in the room in the midnight.
