About this house rental
Newly renovated spacious house with 3-1/2 rooms, 3 bathrooms, fully furnished, air-condition as well as kitchen equipped with washing machine, inductor cooker and fridge in a safe and friendly neighborhood.
The house has a car porch for two medium sized car or family cars. There are lots of local eatery and delicacy within reach.Within 10-15 minutes drive, you could arrive at the Station 18 Aeon Mall, Tesco, famous old town street, Ipoh town. The area is easily serviced by Grab car hailing.
The space
Easy access with Grab car e-hailing. Lots of local roadside hawkers. The famous Ipoh old town streets are just 10 minutes away. Starbucks/Coffee Beans, McDonald's, oldtown white coffee, dim sum, canton-I etc. are within 10 - 15 minutes
We provide adequate home comfort to ensure your stay is another extension from your away home. There is no fight within family for toilets ( we prepared 3 toilets), bathroom (we have 3!) and power plug (we have enough sockets for all your needs)
