Strategic location. You can drive to Kinta City or Ipoh Parade in less than 15 minutes. Mamak is just around the corner. Our unit was in 21st floor, the city view was awesome. Sadly we didn't have time to try out the facilities: gym and pool.
The parking lot! Sharp turning and so many pillars. It will be great if you can provide a big mirror in the living room area.

The check-in process took some time, and there was some noise at night from the surrounding area.
