Green at 62

The host is very friendly, in house is very clean and tidy, mattress is very good.

There is no breakfast provided since its a homestay. But the location to the breakfast / lunch area is nearby. The house is well kept on cleanliness and all the rooms equipped with aircond and also water heater and all the bathroom. The loacation of the house also nearby to all the nearby attraction. Would strongly recommend.

The property: It's a 4-bedrooms double-storey terrace house with pretty pastel green gate located at the heart of Ipoh city,, hence the name Greenat62😊. 1bedroom downstair (queen bed) while the remaining 3 bedrooms (2rooms with 2 queen-beds sharing a shower, 1 masterbedroom with 2supersingle-beds, mini office and a shower with balcony). All 4 rooms have air-conditioner, wardrobes, mirror & dustbins. Therr are shampoo& shower gel too. Both the gate & doors with electronic keys, security wise it's safe. The parking can fit two or more sedan cars. The house is equipped with free wifi, tv, steam iron, washing machine, water purifier, kettle, induction stove & basic utensils. Indeed, it'so thoughtful of the owner to put some snacks, instant drink, & cold drink at the pantry. The owner: She was very friendly & helpful throughout my stay there, and for that Im grateful😇. Fast response & provide clear instructions on how to get access to the property as well. The surroundings: It's in a residential area 1km to Ipoh stadium, surrounded with conveniences; speedmart, foodstall etc. I didnt take any photo of the property, but I can assure that it's a comfortable place to stay.

There's nothing I dislike about this property. But just note for light sleepers since it's located in residential area where some of the neighbours have dogs, where the barking might disturb your sleep.
