The location was very good around old town Ipoh.. food is just next door and convenience store too. very picturesque location with a lot places of interest here.

For one, i checked in on the day the Wi-fi box was damaged due to a broken tree. Wi-Fi was an important part of my trip and hence, it was a bit inconvenient but it wasn't the property's fault. it would be nice if the toilet came with a bidet. The room is nice and all but the walls feel a bit thin. with wooden floors, you can hear everyone walking.

My first run-in with the receptionist/manager was a funny one. He is a cheeky old man who pretended to be a guest to chat us up, before actually revealing he was the manager. Definitely very friendly. Our stay was really nice, since it is so central to everything. We didn't really visit much around the area since we've been there before, and wanted to visit more suburban areas this time. The room interior is so nice. The industrial vibe and the minimal furniture made the room so cozy for a one-bedroom. The toilets were clean and the shower heater hot.

The only thing we didn't really like about our stay was the soundproofing of the room. The rooms has big windows, but were not the modern air-tight windows, but those breezy-pull down types. It made the room so nice with just the fan on, especially at night. However, because the place is so city-central and soundproofing minimal, there tend to be some traffic along the roads, or bikers revving their engines at night. Also, the mosque is situated nearby, and you will be able to hear it very loudly.

Great style! Lovely pool and communal area to chill out in. Very relaxed Great shower too and perfect location

Cars racing at night so pack ear plugs!

The location was excellent. In the heart of old town.

It was rather noisy. Sounds from above, below and outside permeated through easily. Didn’t sleep well from noisy neighbours below us.
