PM Octagon Ipoh Suites & Apartment 3

My friends and I stayed for two nights in this homestay located strategically in the city centre which is very convenient for us to walk to shops and eateries. The self check-in and self check-out process was very well guided, clear and easy by Passion Moment management. Homestay management responded fast to our queries in the chat page. The homestay unit was spacious, clean, all things worked very well, kitchen area was equipped with cutlery, kitchen utensils, a refrigerator, a microwave oven & a water filter tap. On top of that, there's a luggage storage room at the premise lobby for the convenience of travellers' pre check-in time and post check-out time. Overall, my friends & I had a comfortable and happy stay in this homestay unit. Will stay in Passion Moment homestay again in the future and will obviously recommend it to relatives and friends.

The driveway up and down the Octagon Ipoh car park was rather narrow and quite steep which requires a good driving skill as we needed to drive to Level 7 to park at the designated parking bay.

Location

The location was good, easy self check in and out and good communication

Furniture was cheap and dated (garden set as a kitchen table and chairs) The TV was ridiculously small for the distance from the sofa. The whole building and apartment was old. For the same price we had an excellent apartment in KL.
