Love the location, the free parking was included, the apartment, facilities, all was good and met our expectation.

The apartment could do with a new coat of paint on the walls and flooring in the shower units and repair to the shower curtain in the ensuite. There wasn't a washing machine available in the apartment but there was a pay to use laundrette on the ground floor.

Location is excellent and within a close walk to taman jubilee with lots of eateries and confectioneries. Surrounding the apartment building also has a lot of coffee shops. There is a mini mart below the building. The apartment has 3 bedrooms with 5 double beds. Well maintained and clean with a fridge and water heater in the kitchen. The view was nice from the balcony. I requested for early check and received a fast approval response. Check in at the mini mart was efficient and prompt. Collected a deposit via TNG and was promptly return on the same day before 6pm.

Suggest to prepare an instruction on how to use the water heater as I didn't know I am supposed to switch the knob on the water faucet to turn on the water heater. Prepare some hand towels in the kitchen, as there is only one towel to wipe the table. Two bathrooms, however the master bedroom bathroom has no shower curtain or glass panel separating the shower compartment from the toilet. Thus when shower the water spilled out and the entire floor is wet. The bathroom flooring requires some repair works are the 'paint' started to peel. One of the key issue is the strong foul-smell from the garbage room at the lift landing area that will put off many guests. This has to be addressed with the management of the building as it provides a negative impression and experience for the residents and guests. Other than this issue, our overall experience in the apartment is positive.
