Belle Vue Infinity Suites l The Horizon Ipoh l by Grab A Stay l 1-8pax

Fantastic view from 18th floor. I stayed in the 4 bedroom apartment. The facilities on 22nd floor are great: the infinity pool is really long but narrow. I swam at 708am on the 2nd day of my stay and it was great as there was no one and enjoyed the pool with the view. In the afternoons and evenings, it is hard to swim as many are using the pool. The gym also has a gorgeous view of the hills/mountains Car park was at level 2, so we didn’t need to drive many rounds to get to our carpark unlike other condos. Check in and check out process was easy, and the person managing property was very quick to respond to my queries via WhatsApp.

Unfortunately the aircon to the master bedroom was not functioning. I was glad that the person in charge got back to me and managed to send someone to check on the aircon despite it being a Saturday afternoon. Despite the gas being full and aircon turned down to maximum 16C, the room remained warm throughout my 2 day stay. Just our bad luck. But the person in charge was very quick to respond as I said. The second thing was there were no shower curtains in the 2 bathrooms and once someone showers, 2/3rds of the floor of entire bathroom becomes wet. A simple curtain shower ( or ideally a glass enclosure) would make the bathroom give us a more comfortable experience.

Location is good. Easy access. Beds were comfortable. Unit itself is ok.

Parking is very narrow. Unit was not clean. No instructions how to use the TV. Host was just average and very calculative about timing. Cant even provide disposable toothbursh & paste. Didnt bother to check on guests or ask if everything was fine. Better options available elsewhere.
