Spacious, comfortable beds , clean bathroom and bathtub, good water pressure and hotwater, good view
The couch need to refurbish. The tv speaker sound is broken. Need water dispenser. It's near to main road, so traffic noice is high.

5-star downtown location with beautiful birds-eye panoramic view from corner unit on 21st floor.
Walk 5 minutes to the best food stalls and restaurants in Ipoh.
Walkable distance to heritage quarters (Han Chin Pet Soo Museum, Concubine Lane etc) but we drove due to the midday heat.
Spacious and clean property - great set up for family. Crockery, cleaning equipment and toiletries all provided. Plenty of clean towels.
Hot and powerful showers.
Detailed, easy check in and out process.
Security is good - requires secure cards to enter car park and to operate elevators.
Noise during late night on Sunday (event from city with dance music till 11pm).
Noise again the next night from past midnight through to 2am from within the Octagon block.
Great to have dedicated free parking but please be aware that it is on the 7th floor, up many ramps!

The staffs are very friendly and helping minded.
The parking way is a bit difficult. The master room heater didn't work.
