The hotel has a great location with easy access to the main street of Ipoh. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a nice view from the window. A private parking space was provided and was easy to access, making this hotel a solid choice for visitors to Ipoh.
After I confirmed the booking a few months ago, the host kept asking me to join a stay group chat, which I found unnecessary. The deposit required felt excessive for just a one‑night stay, as it was equivalent to the nightly rate itself.

WiFi didn’t work, hence not being able to work or watch tv, when I contacted the host, there was no answer until the morning when it was too late. Aircon wasn’t on, so many switches, nothing set up in preparation of our stay
