value for money, in a comfortable “home-like” accommodation; typical Asian Condo

good internet/wifi
quick and helpful responses from the “HOST” (which is actually a company, not a person)
OVERLY complicated system to get in. it required 3 seperate sets of codes and cards which was not mentioned in the overview nor any of the reviews.
noisy bat noises from across the building… although faint still audible throughout day and night. this was mentioned on Google or Booking review by aNother guest some time go. i didn’t think it would still be a problem but it is.
Need more crockery for 2BR apt.
NOT a very good location at all !!,
- with very few decent eateries that Ipoh is supposedly known for. all the good places only had pne type of noodle soup for b/fast (no dim sum or other Chinese breakfasts available)
- right next to a block of funeral homes and memorial centres.

Clean, good decor, well equipped, well managed.
Would happily recommend and return!
9/10 instead of 10/10 only because Hot water in one shower was intermittent and the second bedroom did not have clothes cupboard.
Did not detract from overall stay though

Location
Ventilating fan of a toilet was broken, all of us almost sharing only 1 toilet. No additional toilet paper, no drinking water supplied.
